Global Atlantic’s New Accelerated Access Rider

Introducing New Living Benefits with the Accelerated Access Rider

Global Atlantic is proud to announce an update to our existing Accelerated Access Rider, now offering benefits for individuals with a critical illness diagnosis.

This new and flexible chronic care – and now critical care – rider accelerates a portion of a policy’s death benefit when an insured is diagnosed as either chronically or critically ill by a licensed physician. Payments received by your client can be used to help pay for expenses such as adult daycare, assisted living, family care and nursing home costs.

The rider:

  • Is available on our indexed universal life and universal life policies – Lifetime Builder, Lifetime Foundation, Lifetime Provider and Survivorship Builder, as well as Lifetime Assure.
  • Is designed without a waiting period, meaning benefits are available from the time your client purchases a policy with the rider.
  • Pays out benefits on either an annual or monthly basis for chronic illness or a single lump sum for critical illness claims.
  • Offers up to two critical illness benefit claims over the life of the policy for unrelated illnesses.
  • When combined with our exclusive and innovative Wellness for Life® Rider, helps you stand out to your clients by offering the most complete life insurance solution available.

To see how it might help your client, please run an illustration or contact Sales at (800)-927-2537.
